ErgData - Known Issues

Issue 1
Changing the timezone on your iOS device and resyncing workouts will result in a duplicate workout in your Online Logbook for any workout that was synced previously.
Solution
We are working on a fix to this issue and will release a new version of ErgData to the iTunes store as soon as it's available. In the meantime, avoid syncing workouts if you are outside your usual timezone.
To remove duplicate workouts:
- On the main page of your online logbook, click the red X in the delete column for the workout you need to remove.
- Click Delete Workout to confirm the deletion.
- Repeat these steps for each duplicate workout.

Issue 1
Some older PM3s have been found to be incompatible with the original iConnectConcept2 cable. To determine your PM's serial number, look at the label on the monitor caseback; the serial number is printed above the bar code. If the sticker is missing please follow the instructions below for retrieving your firmware version (the serial number is displayed on the same screen):
From the PM Main Menu, select More Options → Utilities → Product ID. The hardware version will be listed on the resulting screen.
Solution
Before purchasing, please check your PM3 monitor and refer to the following information:
- If your PM3 serial number starts with 1000, 2000 or 3000, please select the 'For early PM3 monitors' option when ordering.
- If your PM3 serial number starts with 3001 and:
- The hardware version is between 200 and 435, please select the 'For early PM3 monitors' option when ordering.
- The hardware version is above 435, please ensure you are running the latest firmware and select the 'For all other PM3/4 monitors' option.
- If your PM3 serial number starts with 3002 or 4000, please select the 'For later PM3 monitors' option.
- PM4s of all serial numbers and hardware versions have a different design, please ensure you are running the latest firmware and select the 'For all other PM3/4 monitors' option.
Issue 2
ErgData may crash when trying to sync workouts.
Solution
Short Term: Go to the Username/Password screen in ErgData and tap your finger on the Username field. The sync feature will then work the next time you use it.
Long Term: We are working on a new release of ErgData that addresses this issue. It will be available in the iTunes store as soon as it is available.
Issue 3
Using ErgData may cause a 166-46 or 166-xx error on the PM.
Solution
These errors occur because of very old firmware. Update your PM3 or PM4 firmware.
