Richard Gowler
I began this process on the 17th of April 2010 in the knowledge that I would not be around for much longer unless I changed the way I was living. The Concept2 in combination with a healthy diet and a more active lifestyle has given me reason to believe that I may be around for some time to come. So far I have lost 13 stone in 8 months. I still have a long way to go but I am confident that as long as I keep rowing and eating well I will get there.

David Pearce
"In early 2004, I appeared on Channel 4's Fit Farm, which was broadcast every week day for 12 weeks, ending in May 2004. Upon entering I was 16 stone 1 pound, which at 5 foot 5" is not impressive! After our initial gym equipment training I knew that the Concept 2 Indoor Rower was the tool for me to achieve my goals. It is an amazing feeling and you can really feel the difference in the muscles, especially the legs, triceps, shoulders and abs (in fact as a direct result of the rowing machine I have the start of a six-pack!)."

At the end of March 2004, Simon Dickie tipped the scales at 18 stones 8 pounds.
