  Berwick Community High School is a truly comprehensive school in the most northerly town in England. It is the only High school in the town, with Northumberland being a three tier system with two feeder middle Schools

  Newcastle Schools Sport Partnership (NSSP*) is supplying students in Newcastle city schools with rowing machines to improve their competitive edge, fitness and interest in the sport. "Students get fit and by competing against each other in their teams, gain respect for the abilities of others and raise their own sporting standards."
• Frankley Community High School
  Frankley Community High School situated on the outskirts of Birmingham is a relatively small school with just under 500 pupils on register ranging from years 7-11. Since the introduction of the Concept2 indoor rowing machines in Nov 2006 the PE DEPT has seen a noticeable positive effect in PE lesson/KS4 girls PE lessons and extra curricular participation levels.
• Pupils Stick Their Oars In
  They maybe high and dry but a group of Bexley Primary School children have take to rowing in a big way.
• Highfield High School
  Highfield have had two rowers for just a few months and the whole thing has really taken off. There is a group of 20 pupils coming in as early as 7.30am in the morning to row these are pupils that do not take part in clubs or teams.
• Biddenham Upper School
  "We have an ergo room converted from an existing store room. The nine Indoor Rowers are connected to the projector enabling races to take place and times for team and individual to be recorded in Year 9 lessons and the two after school rowing clubs."
