Description
Combine the Drop, Bow and Bounce.
Begin with the Drop and Bow together, starting gently to get the fly wheel moving. Then, when a rhythm has been found, gently increase the range of movement until you naturally begin to bounce.
The key to deepening the exercise is found within releasing and relaxing through the movement.
Drop more, Bow more sincerely and put more Bounce into it.
Try keeping your 'abs' soft so you can feel when they are naturally called to work within the movement as this will not only help strengthen them, but it will also help to create a greater feeling of length within your body.
This exercise is designed to increase mobility of the ribcage and upper spine and aid breathing.
The reason for no complete 'start to finish' description of this movement is to encourage the practice of steps one through three.
