SkiErg Technique
This section shows five exercises that can be done on the Concept2 SkiErg. The first three, the Drop, the Bow and the Bounce combine to form the Complete action, which works the entire body including the cardiovascular and nervous systems.
The fifth exercise, the Butterfly, is an entirely new exercise which involves facing away from the SkiErg and is perfect for developing good upper body posture.
The Drop
Exercises the entire area of the legs, hips and torso, including: Quads, Gluteal, Erectors, Psoas, Obliques, Intercostals, Rhomboids, Seratus, Lats
