Weight training and rowing

Something that comes up time and time again in training discussions is the question of whether weight training provides any benefit to rowing (or other, similar sports such as swimming or cycling). It's a question without any clear answers so, to help you, fitness journalist and indoor rower John Shepherd has written an article entitled "Does weight training and endurance training make the perfect sports conditioning partnership?"
