THFJ Indoor Triathlon

We've just heard from The Hedge Fund Journal's Rod Sparks about the annual Hedge Fund Journal Indoor Triathlon which took place last week. With 37 teams and over a hundred competitors in total it sounds like they had quite a day. Of course this is a great charity event as well, and all their efforts managed to bring in a fantastic $pound;40,000 for Hedge Funds Care UK. Good work!

Last Wednesday evening 37 teams (111 competitors) took part in The Hedge Fund Journal Indoor Triathlon 2011 in support of Hedge Funds Care UK.
Prizes went to the following people/firms. Thames River Capital (Mike Downer, Mike Woolley and Rob Mclean) were the quickest team (2:18:59), Hedge Funds Care UK Invitation III (Sarah Ledger, Dan Larcey and Rob Booth) were the quickest mixed team (2:23:34), TT's Victorious Secret (Alison Huang, Bronwyn Middlebrook and Jo Peck) were the quickest all-girls team (2:47:46) and Edwin Datson (Team Nansen - Effie Datson/Deutsche Bank) was the quickest individual (0:43:09).
The evening raised £40,000 for Hedge Funds Care UK.
