Police Team 24 Hour Row for Radio City's Cash For Kids

On Thursday 24th September a team from the Merseyside Police force will be starting a 24 hour row at Jamie Carragher's Cafe Sports England in Liverpool's Stanley Street. The row forms part of Radio City's 24 hour fundraising broadcast on behalf of Cash For Kids.
Radio City's Cash for Kids (formally known as Give a Child a Chance) is part of the Radio City Charity Foundation. They are the official charity of Radio City 96.7, City Talk 105.9 and Magic 1548, and are a children's charity recognised for helping children and young people suffering from poverty, sickness, physical & mental disabilities. They distribute grants to children's charities & community groups aiming to improve the lives of children in Liverpool, North West and North Wales, and have distributed in excess of £1million in grants over the last 8 years, helping over 47,000 children in 2008 alone.
