Practical Indoor Rowing For Schools

Following a highly successful introduction to indoor rowing the previous week, 20 Loughborough students attended a Practical Indoor Rowing for Schools course at the University on June 7th, 2007.
Paul Walker and Maxine Tompkins ran the sessions with Simon Larkin, Vicky Hart and Keith Atkinson in support
A wide range of lessons were enjoyed by the students from the Name Game,Staying Alive to the Weakest Link and Chokka Shokker, with even some time for a round of Ergo Golf.
Most of the students are going to teach in schools with Indoor Rowers and will take with them the latest ideas to engage those who cannot kick, catch or strike a ball.
