'Octomom' sheds 145 pounds with midnight work-outs

Nine months after giving birth to octuplets, Nadya Suleman is back in her pre-baby jeans after losing a massive 145 pounds through healthy eating and regular exercise.
Dubbed 'Octomom' by the media, the 34-year-old lost the weight following midnight fitness training sessions three times a week while a nanny watched over her children.
Ms Suleman said she was "happy" about her incredible weight loss.
"I topped 270lbs while pregnant [by] eating everything in sight," she admitted. "It was insane."
Ms Suleman, who also has six other children, also claimed that she had devised her own ab-flattening work-out device using a dumbbell but was keeping it a secret in the hopes of landing an exercise tape deal.
According to American magazine US Weekly, Ms Suleman's weight loss was also down to a strict diet including oatmeal, sushi, turkey and even homemade baby food.
"I'm very happy but it's hard work," she added.
