Medical Cover Recommendations

Posted by Concept2 News on the 3rd of May 2007

Indoor rowing racing, especially over 2,000m, requires maximal effort. While the vast majority of people will have a safe and (hopefully) fun experience, if you running a race you should be able to cover all eventualities. Based on our experiences of running the British IRC, we have a list of recommendations for race organisers as to what they should provide. Written by Dan O'Carroll, who was the medical supervisor at the 2006 British IRC, his advice can be found in the Organising A Race section.
