Medical Cover Recommendations

Indoor rowing racing, especially over 2,000m, requires maximal effort. While the vast majority of people will have a safe and (hopefully) fun experience, if you running a race you should be able to cover all eventualities. Based on our experiences of running the British IRC, we have a list of recommendations for race organisers as to what they should provide.
