Sevenoaks School hosted 27 schools from across the county of Kent who came to celebrate and take part in the Kent Disability School Games.
Indoor Adaptive Rowing took part for the first time in this event and with 7 schools competing was one of the nosiest on offer.
Young people competed over a 1 minute row, after which they were divided into groups of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Heats were then held in each category, rowing either 2 minute, 3 minute or 4 minute pieces. The top 6 young people then went on to row in a Final in their category.
The day saw some close and exciting races with competitors who experience a range of disabilities producing some fantastic results.
Beginner 1. Jack Arnold 2. Jack Gunning 3. Stephen MacKenzie
Intermediate 1. Karl Ruoff 2. Naomi Barry 3. Thomas Hallett
Advanced 1. Robert Peters 2. Simon Moon 3. Ali Davidson
