Women are investing more into their own wellbeing and prioritising healthy living, it has been suggested.
Home workouts are becoming more accessible as they allow women to watch the television as they do their fitness training, explains Elin Tough, deputy features editor at Zest.
"Perfect for the time poor, who want to tone," she commented.
Ms Tough suggests women look to everyday objects such as chairs, stairs and water bottles to help them keep fit in the home.
Making exercise part of your daily routine is vital to ensure staying active becomes a way of life and does not get pushed aside.

More than half admit to taking the lift or escalator rather than walking up stairs, while nearly two-thirds jump in the car for trips as short as one mile - a journey which would only take around ten minutes to walk.
But even they are not the laziest - one in ten has not worked up a sweat for a year or more.
