Fitness training trends for 2010

People want to sweat, get it done quickly and not spend a lot of money.
That is according to a survey by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) on the top fitness trends for 2010.
The council's annual survey of personal trainers and group fitness experts revealed that people will be more interested in time-efficient workouts in the new year as they search for ways to cram more fitness training into smaller amounts of time.
Shorter yet higher-intensity workouts are particularly appealing to those with busy schedules.
Indoor rowing is a very time-efficient form of exercise as it works many different muscle groups, making it a fantastic calorie burner and a great full-body workout.
Group training is also set to be popular in 2010, according to the ACE, which predicts that people will scale back on personal training sessions to take advantage of small-group training and group class participation.
