The recently launched BBC Academy http://www.bbc.co.uk/academy apparently aims to help you bend it like Beckham. Whatever. Despite a rather ugly appearance, it does have some interesting stuff. The 'In The Gym' section has introductions to a number of different exercises and workouts.The indoor rowing section has the major benefit of drafting in Olympic doods James Cracknell and Matthew Pinsent. Cracknell is the star of a video masterclass on how to use the Indoor Rower, while Pinsent advises on lower and upper body fitness. There's also a separate section on technique, although we'd advise you not to pay too much scrutiny to the lad actually doing the demonstrating, what with him looking a bit rubbish at it and all.
