The last rain of spring and the first rain of summer can only mean the one thing: the appearance of the entry form for this year's British IRC. This year it takes place on November 18th, again at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, with various things planned to make it the biggest and best yet.

Entry costs £20 for Open to 55-59 events; BUSA, 60+ and Adaptive events cost £15.00 while J11-J18 costs £7.50. To enter, you can either do so online or get hold of the downloadable version.
